Utah isn't one market.
A plumber in Ogden, a dental group in Provo and Lehi, a lodge in Park City and an online store in Cedar City all need SEO. Not the same SEO. First we work out which kind of business you are, so the effort goes where your customers are.
You win when you're the obvious choice on the map. That means your Google Business Profile, your reviews and a site that answers local questions.
Each location gets its own listing and a page worth reading, so every office brings in its own customers. Not one page with the city name swapped, which search engines spot and customers ignore.
Your customers don't care where you are. You rank for what you do, not where you do it, through content and authority across the whole site.

Questions about Utah SEO.
How much does SEO cost?
It depends on your market and how much needs fixing. Before any work starts, you get a plan and a monthly fee, so you know exactly what you're paying for.
How long does SEO take to work?
Technical fixes can show up within weeks. Content and authority build over months. We set expectations for your site and your market, not a generic promise.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No one can honestly guarantee rankings. We commit to the plan, the work and clear reporting on what it brought in.
Is SEO still worth it with AI search?
Yes. AI tools draw on websites they can crawl and trust. The work that lifts your rankings also helps you show up in AI answers.
Do you write the content?
Yes. We plan and write it around what your customers search for and ask. You review everything before it goes live.
We're redesigning our site. Will we lose rankings?
Not if it's planned. We map your existing pages, keep what earns traffic and redirect the rest.
What do you need from us to get started?
Access to your website, analytics and Google Business Profile, and an hour to talk about your customers and where the business is headed.
We have locations in more than one Utah city. How does that work?
Each location gets its own listing and a page with something useful on it: the team, the services offered there and the questions local customers ask.
Do you work with businesses outside Salt Lake City?
Yes. We're based in Salt Lake City and work with businesses all over Utah, from the Wasatch Front to St. George.
Can you help if we sell outside Utah?
Yes. National SEO uses the same groundwork, aimed at a wider set of competitors and customers wherever they are.
Do you only use white-hat SEO?
Yes. Shortcuts that break search engine rules can work for a while, then cost you everything.
What a month of SEO looks like.
Less mysterious than most people expect. A typical month mixes technical fixes, a few new or improved pages, listing and review work, and outreach for links. Some months lean technical, others lean content, depending on what the roadmap says will move things next.
You see all of it. Every report says what we did, what changed and what it brought in. If something isn't working, we say so and change the plan.
Agency, consultant or doing it yourself?
You can do your own SEO, and plenty of owners start that way. The catch is time: SEO is steady, unglamorous work that loses out to everything else on a busy week.
A part-time consultant can help, but you're relying on one person's skills. An agency gives you a team covering technical, content and local work. Whichever you choose, here's how to spot the good ones.
Start with the words your customers use.
Most SEO problems start with the wrong words. A business picks the phrase it uses internally, ranks for it and wonders why the phone doesn't ring. Usually customers search for it differently, or barely at all.
So we start with data: what people across Utah type, how often, and how hard each phrase is to win. A roofing company doesn't need one page for "roof repair Orem" and another for "Orem roof repair". It needs one page that answers the question well.

Is SEO dead? Again?
It gets declared dead every few years. What changes is how results look: links, then maps, now AI answers above them. What earns a place has changed far less. Assistants draw on sites they can crawl and trust, so a sound site with useful content and real authority is still what gets found. More in Why organic rankings still matter in an age of AI agents.
Want to know where you stand across Utah? We'll show you, honestly, and tell you what we'd fix first.
