You built
something.
Now what?

Fig. 1. Somewhere past "it works on my laptop"

An idea on a napkin. A spreadsheet that deserves to be an app. Something you built with AI over a weekend. Or software your business already runs on.

A tool for your team or a product for your customers. Software is easy to make now. Making it worth something is still the hard part. That's the bit we help with.

Let's talk ↗

Bring the mess. We've seen worse.

(01) ShippedIn use today

Shipped, not just shown.

Plenty of people can make a convincing demo. We've spent years putting things into the world that people rely on, for clients and for ourselves.

Launch

Arkade ↗

A voice AI platform. We lead the product and the dev team, and built the brand and the website.

Launch

NEBO

A home-services app we built and launched. Customers post a job, providers apply, and four ways to schedule it, with live tracking on the map.

Demo

Ledgermark

A working concept demo for residual-disability claims software, built to test the idea before the full build.

Our website platform. We build every site on it, and this site runs on it too.

Operate

Call-center scheduling

Full scheduling software for a national call center. The client is under NDA, so the screens stay private.

Internal tool

Relay

How we run the work. Clients, projects and tasks in one place, with AI agents that take on tasks and report back to the team. A person decides what gets switched on.

(02) Find your stageSix stages. Start anywhere.

Most people don't start at the beginning.

Pick the one that sounds like you. Nobody's grading it, and you can change your mind.

Stage 01 / Explore

You can see the opportunity. You just can't see what it should be yet.

How we help: We'll talk through the problem and who has it. Sometimes the honest answer is a spreadsheet, not an app. We'll tell you.

Not sure which one you are? Join the club. Tell us what you're working on and we'll figure it out together.

(03) A spreadsheet, nine months laterIllustrative

Six stages. Nobody does all six.

Skip one, repeat one, or stop at the demo. Plenty of good ideas end there, and that's fine.

Week 1ExploreA landscaping company runs every job off one giant spreadsheet. Should it be an app? Yes, a small one.
Week 2PrototypeSkipped. The office manager had already built one with AI over a weekend.
Week 4DemoShown to the crew leads. Two asked if they could start using it tomorrow.
Week 6ValidateFound the gap: it only worked on the office manager's laptop.
Week 10LaunchLogins for every crew, backups, and someone to call when it breaks.
Month 9OperateStill running. Nobody misses the spreadsheet.
(04) Why it matters

It works on your laptop. Does it work for your business?

Building software used to be the hard part. Now anyone can do it over a weekend, which is great. It also means plenty gets built that shouldn't, and plenty of good ideas launch before they're ready. We help you tell which one you've got.

(06) How we work

We'll build it. We'll also tell you when not to.

We're big fans of the new tools. We use them every day, for clients and for our own businesses, including Usable, our own page builder. But a tool can't tell you whether the idea is any good. That takes a conversation, and sometimes an awkward one. We'll ask what you're actually trying to achieve, push back when it helps and point out the simpler way when there is one. We'll skip the jargon.

Fair
questions.

Poster reading If you never try, you'll never know

I built it with AI. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Plenty of good software starts that way. We'll look at what you've got and tell you honestly what needs work before your team or your customers rely on it.

Can you build something just for our team?

Yes. Internal tools are some of the most useful software a business can have: the scheduling app, the quoting system, the dashboard that replaces the spreadsheet nobody trusts.

Do I need a technical brief?

No. Bring the idea, the screenshots or the spreadsheet. Working out the brief is part of the job.

Will you tell me if it's not worth building?

Yes. It's cheaper to hear it from us now than from the market later.

How long does it take?

It depends on the stage. A demo is a much smaller job than a launch. You get a phased timeline with a budget before anything starts.

Show us what
you've got. ↗

The idea, the half-built app, the spreadsheet or the thing that's already live. We'll ask a few good questions and tell you straight whether we can help.
