Bear Butt benefitted from a strong local presence, but their existing website wasn’t as geared towards mobile experience as they wanted, and it was impacting their national growth. Analytics confirmed that the value of mobile shoppers (specifically on Apple products) was high, and BB wanted to create a unique mobile UX that would leverage established social media user behaviors. They also sought to incorporate more advanced digital marketing campaigns into their overall strategy, and needed the site to accommodate these efforts
After preliminary information-gathering, it was determined that a completely new build would be necessary, both in order to implement a custom ‘double-tap add to cart’ function, as well as ‘delayed payment’ processing post-checkout.
